Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggards with Quiet baffles

Hey Group,
I have V& H big shot staggards with quiet baffels. I looked in the pipes from the rear of my bike and saw that one of the baffles has a hole in the center and the other one doesn't. Is this a mistake or done on purpose? The bottom pipe that goes to the front cyllander has the baffle with the hole in it. Is this done to equalize back preasure ? Bike is an '04 Softail Standard.

The hole was most likly drilled to allow for the oxygen sensor to dyno your
bike. No big deal to leave it unless the hole is very large. Shouldn't be
much more than 5/16 or so.
