I had a pair on a Road Star for a few years, the staggered longshots. They were good pipes, the chrome looked good and they sounded great. The baffles were easily removeable. The final fit was off just a hair, if you looked really hard, you could tell the pipes werent perfectly parallel. Otherwise, not bad for the bucks!
I've been considering these, along with the V&H. The one thing I was a little concerned about was it looks like Cobra has their version of a PowerCommander, but it variable POTs for settings and I didn't find anything on their site about setting these. It looked like more of a trial and error thing lacking access to a dyno.
