I really like the look of these , but I want them to be on the louder side. Are they as loud or louder than the Sampson Rolled Thunder slip ons or the Rineharts? I have just over 4000 miles on my Road King Custom and I want to hear that motor and besides my dad has a Yamaha Roadstar with some HardKromes on it that really talk, and I cant be outdone by the ol man and his hammer.
I think the Sampsons are louder than the V&H. I also like their tone better. I compared these two quite a bit a few years ago and went with Sampson for just that reason. Have a new bike next week and a buddy with Reinharts (however you spell that) on his RK. Will test drive soon to compare to Sampson. Anyone else looked at Sampson vs Reinharts?
