Opinions on 2" Rick Doss 2 into 2 Megaphone Exhaust

I ordered up a set of 2" Rick Doss 2 into 2 Megaphone Exhaust and was wondering if anyone here had any experience with these pipes? Performance gain or loss? Sound?

I plan on putting these pipes on my 1999 Fatboy 1340 Evo that already has #5 jets and a K&N airfilter on it. Any idea if I'm going to need to re-jet or will my #5's do the trick?
