Question Opinions: Sampson vs. Rinehart True Dual for FL

Got one friend running the Rineharts on his 03 FL and they sound good with the stock 2.25" baffle. Don't know anyone running the Sampsons....plus there are too many different mufflers to pick from on Sampson. Anyone
got any thoughts?

Thanks,
Bruce

I have seen enough dyno numbers to know that there isn't one clear winner in the hp battles, so you might as well get the sound that you want and know that you are within 2 hp of everybody else, at least with repect to their pipes.

I bought Samson slip-ons based on a speed-shop recommendation, and they are fine, but not the sound which I now realize that I want, but I'll worry about that when I do the 95"-etc. upgrades.

I have Samson pipes and Wild Pig mufflers. It sounds great. The nice thing with Samson you can buy the header pipes and pick the mufflers you want from anybody.

Always a place less expensive

Oh well....

They already shipped from J&P. I could have saved about $100
going through Direct Parts. J&P gave me a 10% discount off
the retail price. I used a friends Gold membership#.

Next time I'll check DP first. Thanks for the info.
