Rinehart true duals w/DFO, stage reflash needed?

I know there may be better combos for HP and Torque....and certainly cheaper ways to go but I'm going with Rinehart True Duals and the Kuryakyan Pro Hypercharger on my new Road King. I'll admit it's partially about style and it is my money. My questions are:

If I get a techlusion DFO, do I need the stage 1 reflash? ($200 + $150??)

If I skip the DFO and just get the reflash will the stage 1 run well...would a stage 2 flash make any sense? ($150)

What about a PC IIIr with these pipes and a/c? Would it need the reflash first? ($300 +150??)

While we're at it...does anybody have the Harley Race tuner with these pipes? ($450?)

I guess I will tell you what I heard though.
You dont need to re-flash because the dfo will do a better job of custom tuning vs a catch all re-flash that is designed for hd accessories only.

The only thing that the re-flash will do that the dfo wont will raise the rev limiter which is neither here nor there to me anyhow.

I heard the race tuner is just that a RACE tuner. Not reliable enough for road applications....100 mi from your tools. I heard there is also problems with moisture with those.

Now mind you I have no experience with this but I have been researching this and reading every post I can on these components for about a month and a half.

I am in the same process of changing to Rineharts and the SE Stage 1 A/C. The PCIIIr does not require you to do the reflash. They have a map that is already set up to do this combo. Go to Powercommanders site and look at the maps for your bike. Hope this helps a bit. I will also report once I get mine installed.

I have Stage II Big Bore, Rinehearts and the bike was dyno tuned with the Race Tuner. I could not be more pleased with the performance. I have a very small hesitation on low end that I would like to work on but it is hardly noticable. The big thing I've noticed with this set up is that it just keeps pulling. Now that I've gotten the bike broken in I've pushed it up towards the rev limiter and it just keeps pulling hard. The Rineheart pipes have a great sound and really roar when you get into them.

95", SBC heads, 37b cams, DFO and Rineharts. Bike had a stage 1 too.

Runs great, runs strong, no hesitations and good fuel mileage. I couldn't ask for it to run any better.

Did the final DFO adjusting on dyno.

Yes, SE air cleaner kit. Some popping at decel. Had the DFO adjusted while doing a dyno.
