Drago Fang 2-1 vs Reinhart old TRUE duals

put Franks Fang on the ole girl.
Blue is the Fang
Red is R/H T/D's Old style.
I will say it feels like it gained 10 hp.

Looks good. I just ordered my fang last week. How was the sound? Which baffle size? Any other opinions?

It's loud as a zilla
Build specs are on the dyno sheet. 3.05 baffle.
I thought it would be to big of a pipe on my motor.
The std version headpipe just might work better on my motor.
Maybe even a smaller baffle .

How do you think more back pressure would benefit? I'm in the process of building the same motor.

More back pressure should pick the hp up on the bottom.
And hopefully still make the same hp up high.
I lost track of what you were doing. If your gonna run a crate 120r, without all the fluff . you might get the 3.05 and 2.55. Try both. Its To early for me to know for sure. Frank is gonna send me some other combos. It just takes me awhile to get to these tests.

Drago Fang 2-1 vs Wegner 2-1 on 120R t-man 662-2 cams

my bike 120R with 662-2 cams WFO larry heads @ 93 cc .040 head gasket. 10.3 -10.4:1 compression. HPI 58/62 T/B
the wegner was tuned on 87 octane ethanol fuel.

Thanks for sharing some of yours and Dave's knowledge , from your tune. I think it helped find the hp that was in this motor.

Hey, Jim! So, do you usually run 87 octane?

Only when I have to.
The RH/ TD was tuned with 87 on purpose . Just something Wfo Larry said in conversation , prompted me to try it.
The wegner was tuned with my lawn mower gas ,87 oct. because I ran out of fuel between the drago test and the wegner test.
Instead of running to get some 93 I just used what I had.

pulled the wrap off the baffle.
retuned and got some of the dip out.
it was very spark limited now with the 87 octane. so it will pick up the top end with some better fuel. I pulled quite a bit of timing out of it.

What is that last post you made, Jim? What baffle is that? Looks entirely different than the Fang I have, if that's what it is.
