which 2 into 1? supertrapp supermeg or D&D boarzilla/bosszilla?

looking for the most hp and torque through all ranges. i have a 2011 streetglide with a 120 ci harley motor with 12.1 comp pistons, cnc/mva heads, 264 cams, 58mm tb. running a v and h x pipe 2into1into2 right now and dyno reads 124hp/100tq at rear wheel. i believe it can do better.

So many choices and a good start would be RB Racing. The company has a lot of info on their site.

Look at the HD night stick lower cost than super trap and works just as well

you need to get that thing breathing. Bosszilla will work great on that 120.
look at wegner x or wegner 2-1 also.(uses mufflers made by s/t built to wegner spec)
that said ....that v&h x should do better than what you have now.
I tuned the v&h x on a stage 1 cvo 110 bike. it made 115 ish TQ.
how did you get your compression to 12:1 with the MVA heads?
hurricane pistons?

The main advantage to the Supertrapps is that they can easily be tuned by adding or subtracting discs. Less back pressure will give more power on top and more back pressure will help in the low and mid range (at some sacrifice to top end power). Personally I like the quality of V&H stuff but if I were in the market for a go fast package I'd go for the Supertrapp just cuz of its easy tune-ability. I've also read that with the V&H Pro Pipe you can also get a standard or "competition" (meaning loud and free flowing) baffle.

I have a good friend that has a custom shop in San Jose and he said it's much easier to get more than 1 hp/c.i. with an Evo than with the Twin Cams. Not sure why. I'd be curious to hear what other engine builders have to say about this. I know most of the big aftermarket engines are Evo designs and not Twin Cam.

Do you have a pic of the wegner 2-1, or a wedsite to go too?

I am a true believer in the wegner 2 into 1. You sould try it! I've ran and it very nice. I'm running 120rx 12:1, hurricane heads, rx267 cams, roller rockers, 64mm tb, with the 2 into 1 at first and then the x from wegner. The flhxse2 has the cut outs for the pipes, that why I am now running the x with duals.

Just to muddy the waters a little I'll throw in my vote for the boarzilla. If you don't mind a little loud (mine has standard baffle), my 117 made 138hp/131tq with this pipe. These numbers may change somewhat as I'm going to see Ed at The Dyno Difference in a couple weeks for a more thorough tune.

I run the Boarzilla 2 into 1s on my 120R and have no complaints. Those were the pipes that the dealer who installed my motor recommended and that's why I went with them. My bike dyno'd at 130 hp and 124 torque.

I am completely biased here, but I did just spend the last weekend in the rocky mountains for a distributor event riding a streetglide with a Jims 131, with our Supermeg on it. Works extremely well and is quiet. Jim, of Jims Machine was there with one of his new 135's with the bosszilla pipe, and it works well also, but is extremely loud. It makes good peak, but doesn't seem to have the bottom end torque that ours had.
It depends on how the motor is set up and what you want out of it.

We also make the mufflers for the Wegner stuff, and they are pretty quiet also.
