I have a set of true duals on a 03 Ultra. The baffle is loose and I can not figure out how to tighten it up.Took the end cap off and it is loose and will turn but not tighten up or come out.Whats up?

Call Rinehart and see if they'll replace them, they're not made to be removable and have broken loose.
They replaced two mufflers for me even though they were a month out of warranty, both started rattling at 10,000 miles.

I have had them since 2003.Had the left side bracket on top break after one year.Dealer welded it.Said they could send it back but I would be out a muffler and it would be them same type of bracket.I think they have better quality now.

I had the bracket behind the back jug on the rear pipe fail,it was replaced under warranty as well.

Install longer screws that hit the baffle before bottoming out.
