Bought 05 RK Classic new and dealer had already done the stg 1; a/c, pipes and reflash. They put on the SE 64910-99 pipes that say off road use only. They are the one piece slash cut that you can't remove the baffles, they are welded in and no packing. Kinda quiet at cruise and get somewhat loud at roll on. Anyway, can't find squat about their performance. When I do cams, tuner and such I would probably do pipes too but for now, whats the good, bad or ugly on these? Do they make power or just noise?
I have a set on my RK. 95", Andrews 26g's, K&N, PC III. They actually do pretty well. Quiet putting around but sound really good when you're getting on it. Can't tell you much about performance other than my bike runs much, much better with them than it did with the SuperTrapp 2 into 1 I had on before these.
