Confused about Rinehart/Bub

Are they the same company, same pipes? I see them referred to as the same, but they each have pipes with their own name stamped on it. Please help clear this up so I can get some sleep.

Rinehart's are made by Bubs. these pipes were designed by Rinehart. He is one of the top exhaust builders in NASCAR. He uses a step design and so does Bubs. Bubs Jug huggers are a good perfomance choice. On the Road Star the Bubs Jug Huggers out performed the Rineharts.

I'm looking at a black ceramic 2-1 Lakester Bubs advertises, it's just come out in black. I've been researching and both Rinehart and Bubs are generally well-liked and are good quality, just trying to figure out if they are the same pipe and the same quality.
thanks

Bub makes Rineharts. I just went through this the other day with a buddy of mine. he has Rineharts and I was telling him how I just put a Bub 7 pipe on my bike. He said who makes that pipe. I told him the company that makes Rineharts. He didn't believe me. I had to laugh in his face.

If you go to www.bubent.com, you will no longer see anything Rinehart there. I heard a rumor on another forum that they no longer are offering Rinehart pipes.

Anyone know anything about this?

Yet, if you go to http://www.rinehartracing.com , it looks as though they are going into their own company or something.

Rinehart wanted a lot more dough and Bub said "no". So Rinehart is looking for a new company to manufacture its pipes.
