I have a D&D Fat Cat and have burned up so many rain suits on the rear pipe I need to try something differen then trying to be careful. I'm going to add a another heat shield above the existing one and am thinking of having the entire exaust ceramic coated. Who do you recommend for ceramic coating and any idea on cost.

i just got off the phone with jethot today to coat my fatcat. mine is on a softail. i want to black it out. its going to be just under 500 bucks.. frickin expansive. i told him i would have to hold off for a wile and think about that.. thats crazy

There is a few other guys around who are much cheaper and just as good if not better. One is in Florida I will try and get the info for ya. That is one thing that sucks about the fatcat that rear pipe sucks..
you can save yourself a lot of money and just go out and buy the old fashiond patches that mom used to put on your jeans and iron them on and be done with it all..
helll of a lot cheaper and work great..

I'll go one better, go to Kmart or wherever and buy a cheap ironing board cover, about 3 bucks. Cut a chunk out of it and sew it on the inside of the right leg. Works fantastic and you will never burn another suit.
