bagger 2 into 1
Sorry if I started this thread in the wrong area. I was curious. I have a white bros. e-series 2 into 1 on my bagger. I bought it about seven years ago when I did the 95" motor(twin cam). I have since put in a 124" and have been using the same pipe. Has another pipe come out that would significantly improve performance over the old e-series? Keep in mind I like strictly 2 into 1 pipes.

That pipe is the Holy Grail of pipes for 88-95" builds.

sure. RB racing, JBV racing make some badass 2 into 1s that will produce more than the white bros can.
Just depends if your willing to spend some coin and like the looks.

Its a crate motor. So my GUESS is that its somewhere around 10.0:1?? Stock S&S heads and pistons. I believe the cams are 640's
Whats your suggestion????

How much of a hp/tq gain would I see from one of these "badass" pipes vs. the E-series? With my current set up!

10.0 static is kinda low,JMHOP but they probably set it at that for reliability!!! I would definitely run the D&D Boarzilla!!!Whose going to tune it? & what tuning device are you using???

i would think anything with a larger primary tube would yield some benefit. how much? hard to say for sure, let that puppy breathe!!! i'd look for something with a 2" primary, boarzilla don't quite make it. a recent conversation i had about the subject, to relate that motor to a v8, 124x4=496cubes, if you had a hot sreet car with a big block 500 cubes worth, would you stick a set of cheap 1 3/4" headers on it?

The Boarzilla is a 1 7/8 primary tube stepping up to a 2 in tube,if I'm not mistaken!!! 1 7/8 tube should be plenty for the 124!!! Plenty of guys running the Boarzilla on 124ci motors with no problems!!!! With great results!!!

10.0 was my guess. Do you know what the S&S crate 124 are running for compression? How much power would I gain just swaping pipes? I dont have a tuning device other than a screw driver. I just got rid of the G and installed a HSR48 and I am running the S&S IST ignition with stock HD coil. I am tuning it.
