Help quieting SE 2-in-1

My '03 RG had SE 2-in-1 with a Screaming Eagle Pro muffler when I bought it earlier this year. It's just a bit louder than I'd like it to be. Any ideas on either a replacement muffler or a way to quiet down the existing one?

The SE Pro has two allen head screws near the tip. I've removed those but can't make anything inside move. I haven't tried the "bigger hammer" technique, yet. Thought someone on here might have a couple of tricks, or things not obvious to a hack like me.

Thanks for any and all ideas.

Go ahead & swing that hammer

My baffle fell out last year. As far as I could tell both allen screws had fallen out.
You can't just buy a replacement baffle either(at least not from my local dealer). Had to buy the whole muffler. Anyone wanna buy a really loud megaphone that says "Screamin Eagle Pro" on it?

Now that would really suck. I finally found some info on removing the baffles. The allen screws get pulled then it's a matter of breaking loose the carbon deposits. I think I can eventually get them out. But then what do I do to quiet them down? As you said, no replacement baffles, at least not from HD.

Anyone know of a baffle that will fit the SE II Pro 2n1?

I'd get some fiberglass (where from? Perhaps an indy, not really sure) and re-pack the baffle.
