Rinehart trueduals rear head bolts missing

I was washing my bike today and noticed around the rear head the braket was loose on my BUB Rignhart true duals. It was loose because both bolts were missing. Went to dealer to get new bolts. It looks like the pipe is still firmly in just outside bracket is loose. Anyone else ever had this problem and if so did you have to do a total reinstall of the exahust or just tighten the clamp back up?

.....never had that happen, but I suggest that all connection be loosened. Then use the install process to tighten every thing. This will ensure you don't put anything in a bind.
