THE PROBLEM IS THAT IS I CHANGE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM BEFORE 1600KM I WILL LOOSE H-D WARANTY ..

IS IT BETTER TO WAIT SOME MILES BEFORE CHANGING THE EXH SYST?

It doesn't matter when you change them, depending on how your dealer feels you either lose the warranty or you don't.

You are in a different situation down there, because the dealer is the only game in town, and you have no choice to go with what he says if you are concerned with the warranty.
