my dealer told me se evo heads are disconitnued does anybody know if this is true

I can't confirm that at the moment but they are listed in the 2006 SE catalog.

Don't know but at least go ask another dealer. My local dealer told me last November that HD had discontinued Evo oil filters...then I found a stack of them two weeks ago at a local indy shop--he gets them from the same dealer.

I've decided that wrong information from dealers is as plentiful as their T-shirts.

Also, keep checking ebay. I bought the SE heads for my bike from there for $500, new in the box from a HD dealer. Lots better than $900+ retail. And even if they are discontinued, there are still plenty of places to get hi-perf Evo heads. I just saw these on ebay (about 4 days left):
