Clearance checks

I have a 1999 Fatboy that I am doing some engine mods to and would like some help from the collective here.
(New stuff)
SE heads
10.5 forged pistons .005'
SE11 cam
(Previous mods)
Have Dyna 2000 ignition
CV carb with Thunderslide kit
Adjustable pushrods
Thunderheader
Using James base gasket, SE headgaskets
My main question is with the cam lift pretty light-508 or so will I have clearance problems? Will this cam work for this setup? It was recomended to replace the SE4 I had been running for its longer duration.
I have been reading this forum for a little while and have gotten some good info here.
Thanks for any help

I've got a 1999 Night Train with the following:

stock heads
SE 11 cam
Mikuni HSR 42
SE single fire ignition
SE a/c
Sampson 2 1/4" Big Guns w/ThunderMonsters

With the SE 11 cam, you'll lose a little on the bottom end, but from 3 grand on, it will truly SCREAM.
I would bet with the compression bump and SE heads, you won't lose as much on the bottom as I did. Let me know how it turns out, the SE heads are next on my list.

You should not have any clearance problems, as the TDC lift is very close. I'm assuming you have the SE pistons and you're installing the cam without advance or retard.

HD calls the 11 a "HP" cam, while the 4 is a "TQ" cam. If you like it after you get it together, good, but if you feel as if it's got a bit of a hole in the bottom end, you might try re-gearing it. A 29-tooth tranny pulley might do it. Or you could try a 30-tooth tranny pulley with a 70-tooth rear pulley. Either way, you might need a new belt, so include that in the budget just in case.

I also think this combination might be sensitive to exhaust, so drag pipes, big diameter pipes, or mufflers without baffles would probably not be the best choice. I'd probably try the stock pipes with Supertrapp slip-ons for the options they give you, but then I like that look. Many don't.

(Ooops. After I posted, I noticed you have the T-Header. These might cause a little bit of a hole in the bottom, but since you've got it, think about the gearing change I mentioned).

HD has published dyno charts for this combination in several of their catalogs in the past. I've been able to exceed their charts for similar combinations that I've built, so I don't think they're overly-optimistic generally. You should be able to get close.
