You need a GOOD battery. To start turn the switch on, kill switch to RUN, let the ENGINE lite go out and push the start button {count to three it should start.}. No throttle needed. It should fast idle, then slow down to 1K.
The tensioners should be OK with that many miles on it.
The leak is Orings you can get at ACE hardware.
