High oil Pressure followed by smoke out of front cylinder

I have a S&S 124" evo with b2 heads which i installed this spring to make it a 126. I have all the power i need and this problem hasnt effected the performance but is an issue i cant seem to solve. I run about 25-30 psi at idle and 40-45 at cruising speed and once the smoking occurs it drops to where it should be 12-15psi at idle and 30-40 at cruising. the problem consists of my front cylinder blowing almost a white colored smoke once in awhile at all different temps, speeds, and rpm. it most often happens when i get off the highway and stop at a light then go to take off it smokes out the intersection. I have done a compression test, leak down, installed a new hvhp oil pump, new ignition, blown out all the oil lines, checked for intake leak, pulled apart the top end and checked everything including rings, valves, valve guides, and seals.

I have been fighting with this problem all year and am in need of a new direction. PLEASE HELP

The smoke you describe is typically valve seals. Is the clearance right in the valve guides? That is, valve guides this big, valve stems that big, all in spec? After that, new valve seals. Is there a blockage in the oil drainage from the head down the jug? It almost sounds like your rockerbox is preasurizing. 40PSI cruising warm is kinda high too, isn't it? But then I dunno about a S&S 124. Is there oil on the front spark plug? I wonder if oil isn't seeping past the exaust guide and entering the exaust system there, burning/smoking on the way down.

Hate to suggest it, but I bet a new head would fix the problem.

I gotta ask, how did a cylinder head change make the engine a 126?
