117 cubic inch S&S vibration

I have an 06 Big Dog K9. It has an 117 S&S motor on it. I have an vibration around 2000 rpm's if you go above that rpm's the vibration goes away. I have had a couple of people look at it and said is normal. I been around harleys all my life and work on them myself, but I never had one feel like this before. Any idea's. Thanks for any input.

Check your motor mounts, especially the one at the top. Inspect all your frame welds very closely.
