1997 flhtcui cutting out HELP PLEASE

I have a 97 evo with fuel injection, a couple of months ago I was just riding along and bam it stopped, it would start run a little then anytime under power stop again. I let it set a few days started it up ran great for two months and then today cut out and died, plugs fouled black, there were running perfect, now no spark nothing--any good guesses, I was leaving today to trade it in!!!

I had a similar problem with my bike. I change the crank position sensor on the left front of the motor and that was the fix.
