Lifters- which way around?

Hi all,
I have been looking at my manual thoroughly but it does not say which way to have the little holes on the side of the hydraulic lifters facing, or doesnt it matter? Any advice appreciated here.Thanks.

Dosen't matter. The only thing that matters is if you reuse the old lilfter that they go in the same hole and the same direction.
