HELP Intermitt. cutting out '96 FLH EFI

Maybe someone can head me in a direction here. What happens is when I crack the throttle,say after changing gears to accelerate, the motor will just cut out for a few seconds. It has never cut out long enough to stall. It will idle fine right after it happens. It is very intermittint. It may do it a few times in a row and then not again for the next 3 hours of driving. I can drive down the highway - steady cruise, \\;\\\\\\;no problems. Only when I go to crack the throttle fairly quickly. If i \\;\\\\\\; roll slowly it won''''t do it. \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\;No codes have been thrown on the speedo. Seems to do only after the bike has warmed up 10-15 minutes. This has happened after 5-6 refills of gas at all different stations. I''''''''''''''''m thinking its electrical - ECM, Injection modual, relays, fuel pump,coil???
