woods 6 vs 8...optimal build

just thinkin'..........

for you Woods fans: what would you consider the optimal builds for the 6 and the 8 cams, assuming an 80"....and reliability? (I've heard horror stories about boring Evo cases)

what kind of headwork carb, pipes, compression, ignition, oil cooler, intake...

and what would the dyno show on each build?

...and, if you feel like typing---same discussion with your 2 preferred Andrews cams?

--and where does reliability start to go downhill?

You are planning on boring the cases, to bring a larger engine to the picture??

I'm concerned about boring the cases...and having a negative impact on reliability and engine life....maybe just stories?
Also--not after a drag racer..long days in the mountains at 45-65 mph suit me best...and with gas in my area, I need to keep the compression under 10:1.
So..If I plan to keep the 80 inch (slip on 85s?) and compression under 10:1...relilability, rideability...with an occasional "roll it up", what build combo gets the most, before sacrifices start?
OR..am I just BSing myself--and I shoud give into the Bigger is better gang?

A Wood 6 at 10:1, will easily show 80 hp/90 ft/lbs.
A Wood 8 set at 10.7-8 will be at 90/90, time after time.
Head mods are needed to establish this power.
