How much hp+tq.?
On an s&s 107t motor with blended chambers, mild port work,
tightened up squish, 030 head gasket, 10:25:1 comp, w6h cam,
Dyna single fire, twin coil ign. Mik 42, wood 325 ac, V&H Pro pipe
and a good tune. ( Jarz Dyno ). What would be a realistic expectation for hp & tq for this?. I picked up the motor with 1600 mi
on it and am putting it in my FXR. I know I could go more extreme
but I need tractable motor.
Thanks, much appreciated.

I would think that 90-100 HP and TQ would be a reasonable expectation.
What was you thinking?

The R&R headed 107 that we produce will average 120 torque and horse with the smaller choked down ports very nice street manors in a Dyna.

I have a 106" with mik 42, 10.5:1 comp, s&s600 cam and r&r heads. I haven't had it on the dyno yet, but my previous numbers when it was an 88" was 95tq. I would estimate I now have an additional 20+tq. Not familiar with the woods cam, but somewhere around 115 sounds reasonable.

you should be very close to the numbers you are looking for, it's all in the heads, if you look at my build with hillsides work on the heads, and tune i am getting just over 100 hp and a bit over 105 tq..
i woudl think if the heads are matched to the cam and you get your compression up around 10.5:1 you shoudl be able to achieve 110 hp easy... proper tune and a good pipe will be needed also..

hp ft.
i think you can expect arond 110 rwhp and arond 120ft.
my stock s&s v107t deliver 105 rwhp and 106ft in the superflow
cycle dyno bench. i have the v&h pro pipe on mine to.
regards speed.

As he stated, he has S&S heads, with a Wood 6H.
Back on track now, and to answer the question, certainly believe that 110/120 is well within reach, set-up, and tuned correctly, with peak torque coming on VERY early, and spool up extremely quick as well.

Thank you. since posting, I've decided to have Baisley do the port work on my S&S heads
while keeping the stock valve diameters. Any further comments on this setup would be
much appreciated.
