1988 EVO 83" bolt on jugs & pistons

Hello all. I recently bought an 83" "bolt on" cylinder & piston kit for my 1988 FLHTC 80" Evo. Just wondering if I need to have the crank/flywheels re-balanced to use this kit. I'm guessing not because it's a bolt on kit but I want to make sure before I put it all back together & find out the hard way!! Appreciate any advise. Thanks!

I don't think so,but make sure the oil drain back holes line up.My friend just bought a kit from tedd's cycle & they didn't line up. Put the base gskt. on the bottom of the jug & look.If they don't,take a die grinder & tapper out the hole until it lines up with base gskt.
