Leineweber E4S Cam

Im just looking for opinions on this EVO cam. The folks at Leineweber stated that this cam starts at 1800 thru 6000 rpm with stock heads. In looking at the numbers - what does everyone think? Anybody know someone running it?

Leineweber E4S*

.528 Lift / 247 Dur. @ 53

(IN - open/close - 45/58) - ( EX - open/close - 72/30)

Lobe center / Intake - 96.5 Exhaust - 111

TDC Lift / Intake - .228 Exhaust - .138

NEW - Leineweber’s highest lift, bolt-in cam.
Stock springs O.K.
Straight from the web site....

Worked with the E-5S, and 7S cams in the past. They worked good enough.
Haven't kept my eye on those folks in a while.
Might be something to investigate.

Leineweber makes great cams, they have very aggressive ramps so they tend to be pretty noisey. We have real good luck with them.

Witnessed the E-5S come to market years ago.
Worked 'em over pretty darn good, and they worked pretty darn good.
Got onto the Wood grinds in the mid-90's and have stayed there for the most part, but I'm going to take a peek at that 4 cam.
Used to run the L-6, and L-7's in a 108" Shovel racer years ago.
Spring technology was no where near good enough as it should have been, to accomodate the needs of those, but by God, they would really make the power.

I would be interested to know how it would perform with a 9.5 to 9.8 boost. I still have some S.E. Heads on the shelf I never put on. $ has been tight.....
