Adjustable push rod removal, Install,&adjustment

Heres the story, I broke an aluminum adjustable push rod yesterday. So I went out and bought a new set of S&S Cro Molloy adjustable push rods . I need some advice on how to remove the aluminum Crane adjustable junk pushrods, install the new cro mo's and adjust them properlly. Due to the effects of our economy I really cant afford to pay someone to do it for me and would really like to tackle this problem on my own. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, CG

The following link will be helpful:

I prefer using elastic cord and a cable tie to the hold the tubes out of the way while adjusting the pushrods.

Not all adjustable push rods can be removed with the rockers installed...

Thanks bud, I bought the wrong adjustable pushrods, they are the ones that require rocker removal. Wish me luck on returning them.
