Massive Oil dump - '86 FXR

I have an '86 FXR that i recently got in a trade. The bike has been sitting for a couple of years. Some oil has leaked from different areas - mostly looked like from the primary. Until today. I recently put in a new battery in and I tried to start it up this morning. What looks like all of the oil immediately started draining out onto the floor. It is coming from a hose next to the oil filter. I did my best to attach a photo that showed where it was coming from.

I will admit that i am very green when it comes to trouble shooting this bike. Can anyone give any info - the name of that hose, why oil may be coming from there, ways to remedy the situation, etc?

Appreciate the help.

Vent hose, sumping, put a pan under it start it and run it a couple of minutes while watching the oil level in the tank. It should stop. And be fine

Sounds like it is over serviced, Did you add any oil and or check the oil level before starting it?

Just sumped from sitting. Start it up a and run it till warm, do not add oil. Then change the oil.

If it continues to sum, after sitting for a week or so, you'll have to address the check ball in the pump.
