anyone useing the frame rail dual cool 2 system

looking to see if these things work allright or not. im not to fond of having a mini radiator bolted to my frame and if i thinly flat black them with heat paint i should be cool to kinda hide the dual cool system.. dident know if anyone had good or bad about this kit. im only in syracuse ny so extreamly hot days are rare. but just want the added protection... the high compression puts my chest nuts on an open fire..
