stop leak for v twin

Noticed that my crank case has a bit of a (seep) more then a leak, I was thinking about running some 'stop leak' thru the motor to see if that would help out. But was wondering about the rest of the motor? Like the lifters and anything else it may have a negative affect on?

Fix the leak correctly

Engine Stop Leak is a temporary fix for predominanatly seals. It has a "seal swell" in it, that in reality, doesn't know WHEN to stop and can lead to a bunch of messed up seals.

From their site:

INGREDIENTS
• Hydrotreated Oil
• Seal Swell
• Seal Conditioners

I'd be worried that it would do something else to the engine, despite the company's claim that it's safe to mix with dino or synthetic and won't block oil passages.

well maybe I will just let it leak... if it aint leakin it aint runnin.... Crazy---you fix the primary leak and something else starts!
