Faast Ed is an unknown quantity at this point
You will always get some clunking because the new style auto adjusters are not as accurate as the old style where you adjusted it yourself.

I like Redline Shockproof Heavy in the trans. Clunking is minimal, but I still get some.

I personally think 75w90 is a little too thin for a Harley transmission. 75w90 gear oil is roughly the same viscosity as 15w40 motor oil. The transmission really needs a 20w50 (75w110) or 20w60 (75w140).

My transmission (2008 RK) has clunked with HD syn, Amsoil 75-150 and with Royal Purple 75-150 syn. Seems to be the nature of the beast. Consistently being able to select neutral seems best with the Royal Purple. Just one man's/bike's experience.
