Nope..
but I do use Mobil 1,, I use the 15/50 or the 20/50 in the engine (which ever is on sale) but I use the Mobil 1 80/140 full synthetic gear oil in the trans.. works better and has the properties for the shear factors in the trans.
And at this time I am using the Torco semi syn primary oil for the primary... that as well is working for me right now..
same oil in all three holes not for me but others do..
other bikes have been using the same oil for the engine and trans for years..
good luck in making your decision..
many good articals and even more threads about it here...

Texas Tom wants to know Dino or Syn?
I used it in all 3 on my 05 heritage, but in my 07 egc with the 6 speed went to 75w 90 I think that would be fine in your 03 but with HD now saying you can go 20k in the tranny why not spring a few extra bucks for the good stuff..

I use it everywhere but the trans. In the trans I use Redline Shock proof..... No more noise in 5th gear.

Syn 3 in crank, for now, then M1 VT

HD 360 in Primary

Redline Heavy Shock in trans, trans noise greatly reduced!

Yea right, and a few short years ago they were warning everyone to stay away from any brand of syn.

Reportedly their dino oil was the only thing that would come close to working in the evo.

Now, all of a sudden the H-D Syn is the greatest slick'em to hit the planet.

Compared to other syn's the H-D oil is the new kid on the block with very few total miles of actual use and tests as compared to other oils, ie, Amsoil and Mobile.

Wonder if Amsoil or Mobile produces the H-D oil???

Guess one shouldn't believe everthing he hears!!!

Mathews2 wants to know Dino or Syn?
I use the Mobile one in the engine, shock proof in the tranny. and formula plus in the primary. But I just ordered all redline and I am going to run 20-60 redline in the motor, and thier primary oil in the primary on the next change. It is in the 90's here everyday and I think the little thicker oil may help

And I just came from a place where the do a search police are in full force. I hope that doesnt become the norm here every time someone ask a question about something that is already on the board. If all anyone ever does is do a search then it will get real dull here real fast. If you dont like the question wouldnt it be better to just not read it than to try and discourage new people from posting a question. And yes I know I am new here, but I am not new to forums.

Citgo produces it. Not Mobil or Amsoil. That info is found on the Syn3 MSDS.
