Ultra- Bad circuit breaker

My'99 ultra quit while cruising down the main street of Needles Calif (115 degrees). No electric working. no lights ect. Called wife to bring trailer and eventually got bike back to home in Laughlin NV. Problem seems to be open main
circuit breaker. What is proper way to remove breaker? All wires disconnected
but can't get breaker out. Looks like there is a single screw or stud thru the frame which i can't seem to get any tool onto. Anybody know the secret?

added later: Finally got enough light on it to see it is a holder that is rivited to the frame. The actual breaker is snapped into the holder and comes out fairly easy. Makin somthin hard out of somthin simple.

Service Bulletin

There were a series of service bulletins mailed out to owners of 1999 Touring bikes. Actually there were three separate mailings. Apparently there was a first recall to replace the main circuit breaker with a new 40 amp breaker. Then there was a recall to replace the 40 amp with a 50 amp. You might check with your dealer and see if your bike had the free replacement done.

I had mine check out and found the first change to a 40 amp was done. Now I need to have the 40 amp to 50 amp replacement done.

the bulletins are M-1151 & M 1151A
