Spark?

06 injected Street glide

no spark
fuel fresh
hooked up to a good use car battery puts out 13v or so
fuel pump engages
CKP sensor good
map sensor new
coil new. Cant seem to get a reading at the connector for any power. Either while cranking or otherwise
starter new aftermarket engages
wires new installed a in line spark tester nothing tried wires both ways
plugs new
engine turns over freely
error codes cleared
wont start

had these codes before

61349-04

You either have a bad emergency kill switch,or a pinched wire from it at the handelbars,or the CPS is bad,no mater how you checked it.

Checked the CPS by running a diagnostic through the speedo
Did not see any of the CPS error codes new or in history.
As for a pinch wire in the kill swich maybe you never know but the starter spins and engages the flywheel/cluchpack.
Its gotta be something.

I doubt its the kill switch since the motor wouldn't turn over if the kill switch was bad. There are many reasons for no spark issues. Fuses, relays, broken wires... the list goes on.

Currently thinking that the no spark issue is cause by low compression due to the oil pump not working properly. Trying to find a way to test this theory as I have no experience with such an issue. It seems more plausible that the ECM is not sending the signal for spark due to low compression?

No. Compression and spark are independent of each other. Combustion & Compression are related though. You can have the perfect amount of spark, but with no compression the gas won't ignite. The reverse is also true. You can have the perfect amount of compression, but with no spark the gas won't ignite.
