Help on Setting Up Crane HI-4TC

I could us a little help for the position settings on a HI4TC. I don't have tools and would to get closer to proper settings. Can someone suggest the position numbers for the following configuration?

Screaming Eagle 95ci (1,550cc) upgrade:

SE High Performance Heads w/compression releases

SE 10.5:1 Hi-Compression Pistons

Andrews TW-60 cam with Andrews chrome molly push rods

Minkuni 42mm w/over jetted Carb

Crane Fireball HI-4TC Performance Ignition

Super Trap 2 into 1 Exhaust with Super Trap open end cap and 9 disks

SE Plug wires

Thanks,

Ken

On my 03 with a built 107, offset was-1, initial was +1,, slope was +2 and revlimiter was at 6250, but that was on a 107 with actually a little to much compression (82cc heads with .030 cometic gaskets & s&s 585g cams which gave me 215 ccp) so I had to run mine on the conservative side, anything more aggressive and it gave me detonation issues, and I ran ethanol free 93 octane gas & I carried octane booster in case I had to buy gas out.

Let me refer to the Blue book: 1-0-0-5-6-3. What year are you talking about? I believe they have a different module for 04 to 06 TC88s. That one doesn't have as many wheels as the older version.

Real similar combo, not sure about the SE heads, I have Zippers stage III with 83cc chambers and 1.99/1.65 valves. My Supertrapp has I think 18 discs and the open cap. And I went up to 45mm on the carb, didn't make any difference to the ignition.
Last 2 numbers are for forged SE pistons. If you have the cast version, probably don't want to spend much time over 6K, so set at ...6-0.

You're looking at mostly adjusting in the 3rd and 4th positions. I'm usually in the 0-1 (3rd) to 5-6 (4th) range in these positions, depending on the ambient temp and how much pinging I get. You can lower either to ease it up a bit, there isn't a "1 perfect setting" for all conditions. I always turn it down a notch or so in the summer and dial it back up when cold weather arrives.

When I bought the bike from a friend, he had cast flat top SE big bore slugs and Andrews 37Gs and used 1-0-1-6-6-0.

Oops, old timers disease kicking in again. I pulled the seat to check because something didn't sound right. My curve is set at 8, been there since summer. One more click to go for the most aggressive curve. So that makes 1-0-0-8-6-3. Sorry about that.

Here's a couple of links if you don't have any instructions.
