Fuse box location

Hey, I have a 1991 FLHTC that I bought recently with a non-working stereo. It doesn't light up or anything. I have the FSM, but I can't find the fuse box for the dang thing in the book. Is there one? Or, are the radio fuses in the fairing behind the radio? I know it's kind of a dumb newbie question, but I don't want to start poking around without at least some idea of where to start. Thanks in advance for ideas. JD
