Electrical Advice Needed

For starters, I have a 2006 Electra Glide Classic. About two weeks ago I was having cruise control issues, intermittent at times, so I replaced the TSS and the problems went away. Then last week, took a quick ride after work to do some errands and came home and parked it in the garage. The next day I packed some things for a short trip and got ready to leave, but when I fired up the bike I noticed the tach was not working and the back lights for the tach and speedo were not working. Also, had no turn signals and brake lights. But, and it does not do this all the time, occasionally when you turn on the main switch, after a few seconds, the turn signal indicators for both sides flash about five or six times. It is really hard to determine if its five or six because they flash so quickly. I do not have the electrical manual for my bike, and truth be known, anything electrical is definately not one of my strong points!!

I am thinking its TSM related, but I am hoping anyone with more experience than me can give some advice on how to determine if its really the cause. Also, if this is dumping codes, after fixing the problem how do you clear the codes from the computer?

Any and all help would be appreciated!!!

your bike is newer but everytime I hear about flashing lights and electrical together the first thing I think of is alarm. Do you have the capability to disconnect your alarm if you have one?
