well guys I found the problem...after checking every inch of wire and all the connectors......the idea of a blown fuse kept coming into my head....as I had said I used a fluke meter to check continunity of all the fuses....well I got a bug up my ass and checked the ohms on each one...even though the fuses had continuity the ohms reading on one of them was really low. I changed out the fuse and presto.....everything works.......I guess it just goes to show you....there's more than one way to check a circut.
