Ecm and now ignition fuse

Hey all, got this fuse problem with my bike , the ecm fuse blew once, I replaced it and the bike was fine for about a month.Then the bike died while riding and replaced it again, then died again a mile up the road. Got it home checked it out, disconnected everthing and started plugin back in one at a time. Got to the load EQ and the bike ran, pluged it back in to make sure that was the problem but the bike still ran. Rode it around for a while, shut it off and would not start again. Checked fuses and now it is the Ignition fuse that blew and not the ecm fuse. confused as hell. Need help please.

If it has the side post battery, the screws could be cutting into your harness and causing a short!!

Thanks I checked that out, plenty of clearence there no sign of short.
