Air Horn troubleshooting

Shake Rattle and Roll on my 2007 FLHRC another something has come loose or vibrated to death. The cool Harley air horn that i remounted to the crash bars on the left front has stopped working.
No power at the horn but relay is putting out power and clicks when switch is depressed.
Traced power down to cow bell original location and power stops there.
Does anybody have an idea why?
The 12 v from the relaybranches off and goes up under the gas tank for some reason. Any way no power coming back down. Whats up with that?

Well no body knows were the wire goes
I tried the jumper from the Battery to the Air Horn and found the air horn defective. So I put the cow bell back on and it works fine and looks better too.
I really can not recommend the Harley Air horn i have had to replace the mounting bracket three times in 2 years the rubber keeps breaking
and when I relocated it to the crash bars it just quit working after 3 months. So there you go stay away from the Harley Air horn.
