Question Model Year 2007 Software Updates

Hi all,

I'm trading in my 2005 FLSTN/I for a 2007, and want the SE parts (partly) transferred. My 2005 has the Big Bore Cylinders, Ported HTCC Heads and 50mm Throttle Body. I'm doing so because this configuration just never worked right. As I know now, because it wasn't meant for the 2005 model . There was a fitment error published in the 2006 SE Catalog in, which was corrected by HD in a Dealer Service Bulletin.

For the 2007 model, my dealer suggested the the 113ci High Output, with Bigger Bore Cylinders, 103+ Cylinder Heads and 50mm Throttle Body, as published in the 2007 SE Catalog, p. 23. There's a standard calibration for this kit, as published in the 2007 SE Catalog, p. 21. Sounds tempting, but beside my 50mm TB, I'll need a complete new kit...

However, from what I read from the 2007 SE Catalog, the Ported HTCC Heads do fit the Biger Bore Cylinders too . Now that would make a difference, because I wouldn't have to buy new heads and loose my Ported HTCC Heads .
All I'd need is new Pistons and new Cams.

However (II), there seems to be no (standard) calibration file for this configuration, as I read from the same 2007 SE Catalog .

Before I decide for whichever configuration, this time I'd like to make sure there's an appropriate calibration for it too. And since the last software update I have for my SERT is the 32117-01G, I would like to know what calibrations are in the latest 32117-01H, for the 2007 models.

Can anybody PM me the Model Year 2007 Software Updates .pdf file?
Or any suggestions as which calibration to go from?

Frankly, I would not go that conversion route without a seasoned tuner/builder who is capable of fixing the issues with the HTTC set up. There are many posts around here that deal with the intricacies of setting up the piston to head clearance correctly. Without that fixed, the engine will never run to its potential.
As to the 07 calibration files, PM me with an e-mail address and I fix you up.
If it were me, I would sell the 05 as is with all the performance parts to ## happy guy and start fresh with the new bike like:
107' bolt on kit from RevolutionPerformance with ported stock heads and a cam/ comp choice that matches your riding style.
Much cheaper than a case boring job and Steve (HDWRENCH) will set you up with the right choice of parts and a calibration that is good as a starting point.
