i have a 2007 ultra classic with SE stage 1 air cleaner rhinehart true duals. current map is running rich

What are you using to determine that it is rich?

I am burning a lot of gas, smell gas, and there is a lot of carbon on in the tips of the pipes. the map i have now is:

i went back to the se air cleaner since this. I used to have a big sucker ac.
