Had SE204 cam installed in ride and runs bad. Can anyone give me a close PCIII map. Also, I will be replacing the headers in a couple of months and would like some ideas on what kind. I ride it daily to work 40 miles around trip.

Can you be more specific as to what "runs bad" means?
If you are planning to change the exhaust there is not much point in spending a lot of time trying to dial in your current setup. We can try to get it to run better until then. Ideally you need to find a good tuner in your area and have a custom map done once you decide on the exhaust.
