Just to make sure we are on the same page, are you using M817-004.djm?

When the bike is at idle does the software show 0% in the % Throttle display?

If you go to "view" then "powercommander info" in the software what firmware version does it show?

Are you only having problems when you accelerate from a dead stop or also if you are at speed and accelerate?

Did you turn the "accel pump" feature on? (if yes, turn it off)

yes that is the map that i am using. the throttle display is at 0%. the firmware is 2.1.1 i am having the stumble problem is more noticeable from a stop, but when i'm moving and role on the throttle i can feel it too. it starts to accelerate then stumbles, then picks back up. the bike is running hotter than usual too.

That is really old firmware you have. Let's start by updating that to the latest version 2.2.5.0

You can download it from this page:
http://www.powercommander.com/powerc...downloads.aspx

or directly from this link:
http://www.powercommander.com/downlo...ey_2.2.5.0.zip

Update to this and ride the bike. If you still have issues let me know, but what you are descibing sounds odd. With that map I cannot see any reason it would run hotter. Do you have the O2 sensor bypasses installed? How are you determining what the temperature is to know that it is running hot?

Ok, as far as the resetting the TP% this is what you need to do.

Start bike with software running and PCIII connected.
Click "powercommander tools" then select "set throttle position".
Click "reset" and quickly snap the throttle to the stop and roll off (if you do this quickly the bike will not rev very high)
Then click "ok"

video tutorial here:
http://www.powercommander.com/powerc...20Throttle.swf

For the firmware you will need the 9 volt adapter. You CANNOT have the bike running to do this step.

The file you downloaded needs to be "unzipped" so do this before you begin. Make sure you put the file somewhere you can find it

Plug in the 9 volt adapter and have the software connected to the PCIII
Click "powercommander tools" then select "update firmware".
Select the file you downloaded and click "open"
The firmware should update from there.

Firmware is the operating code for the Power Commander. Think of it as Windows for your computer. We all know how a bad version of Windows can make your computer unhappy :-)

Over time we fix little issues in the code (firmware). The version you had was pretty old and several things had been updated. Glad to hear everything is working well for you now.
