PCIII USB Map Help PLEASE!!!

I'm running a 96 CI from an 07 touring bike on a custom build. Attached is the map currently used. Bike runs great mid range, but very low, and way up top is just doesn't seem to have it.

96 inch
Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 (covered element)
joker machine chopper pipes, no baffles.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you be a little more specific as to what the problem is and what RPM and throttle ranges the problem is occuring? I am nit sure what "it just doesn't seem to have it" means.

Short, unbaffled drag pipes are not known for their overall power curve. It is mostly looks and noise. We can try a few things, but a custom dyno tune would be you best bet to get the most out of this setup.

If you are running dag pipes you will not have any real performance.. Go with Rinehart true duals and you will be happt

Dynojet, thank you for the quick response.

The bike feels like it falls down around 4500. below that, it runs great. I do get some light chugging down low, but I suspect thats a rich condition at low rpm with light throttle, and it is livable. There feels like there is very little difference between 70% and 100% throttle, and I've verified the TPS settings. Mid-throttle (30-70%), runs exceptional.

I'm not a tuner by any means, but this map feels very close, bike runs cool and rich, I just think its a little too rich upstairs. I was more hoping for someone to have a dyno-ed map for a 96 inch with joker pipes and a stage 1 air cleaner, so I could compare.

Any thoughts on this would be helpful, otherwise, its to one of your approved dyno centers next week.

This is just a guess, but it might show us which direction you need to go. Ideally, if you are going to keep those pipes you need to have the bike tuned.

See what this does for the low speed and higher throttle ranges.
