auto tune vs dyno???

i have a PCV with auto tuner on a 09 ultra . do i need to still to find a tuner and have him dyno tune the bike?

How extensively modified is the bike? If it is a basic setup (mild cams, pipes, A/C, etc) you you be able to get it dialed in without a trip to the dyno.
