PCIII Map Request
I am in need of a custom map or canned map for a 2006 Electra Glide Ultra with SE Air cleaner, and Rush Mufflers 1 3/4 in baffles. I had mine dynoed about 3 years ago and lost everything due to computer crash. I can not download any map from this site unless I upgrade my membership. Dcoop

Whether or not your computer crashed, you still have the map that was put in the Power Commander 3 years ago. You can connect to it and do a "get map".
What problem are you having with the bike? Just asking for a custom/canned map doesn't give me much to go on.

Sorry for the slow reply,I just got back in town. The problem is I was testing a map on the my bike that was listed on you site, thats when I had computer problems and lost all my custom tuned info. I will have to see which map is on the bike now,but it seems to be running lean in lower rpm's and not getting as good gas mileage as I was getting with the map I had when dynoed.

Try this and let me know if it works any better for you.
Does the shop that you had the bike tuned at no longer have your old file?

I have tried the new map. Bike seems too run really Hot,although it seems to be running through the power curve very smoothly. What adjustments can I make to Richen setting and having bike run cooler. Coop

I have been hearing a lot of people say there bikes run "hot". It is really difficult to gauge what "hot" is. What are you using to determine the engine temp?
If we richen up the map your next post will be "my mileage sucks, can we lean it out a bit"?
Give me some details to go on and we can see what can be done. What is the air temp where you are riding at the moment? If you load a different map or even zero map does the temp issue change?
You can try to zero out the timing table before you change the fuel and see if that helps, but throttle response will likely suffer.

I have a thermostaticly controled parade fan mounted on my bike on my 06 Ultra Classic. I installed this for mostly riding at very slow speeds during funerals. With some of the other maps on PCIII, the fan would not come on unless sitting in stoped traffic or in funeral craw. Now it is coming on while riding, short and long distance, staying onwhen I come to stop lights, and staying on for longer times, also have noticed when I pull it into my garage then shut off engine is cracking and pinging like the metal is baking.I would get a little of this with previous setup, but this heat is much more intense Outside temp have been between 70 and 80 degrees with low humidity. Has been in 90 plus(with prvious maps) degrees and not had the fan on hardly at all.

Ok, that is the kind of detail I was looking for. I wish everyone would do that.
Here is a map to try. I took out some of the cruise timing and increased the fuel in the areas that you described. Let me know if this helps.

The reason you cannot download is that you are not a paid member.
Check your email.
