Power Commander Issue ???

I am posting for some assistance, and I'm not saying I have a problem iwth the PCIIIusb on my Heritage, but some strange issues have started happening lately and not quite sure. Bike has the following parts installed

SE filter kit
V&H Big Shots Staggards
PCIIIusb loaded with M813-004 map

I have had no issues for over 5000 miles last year but in the past couple of weeks it has been cutting out often. It doesn't do it any any certain throttle position or at any certain speed or RPM which makes me believe that it can't be the PCIII. It almost seems as if there is a fuel supply issue of some sort, but I can't be certain. I recall reading on here a while back about '08 bikes and Fuel pump problems and again I am not certain that is my issue.

I would like to confirm that the map I have is indeed the correct one for my bike. I have also been caught in the rain a few times and would like to know if moisture could cause the PC to go bad?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

How frenquently does this happen? If it is pretty consistent then I would just disconnect the PCIII and go for a quick ride. If it still does it at least we can rule that out. If it stops having the issue we can look at replacing the unit for you.

I don't believe that it happens consistently enough. I started it Monday and it run for 10 seconds at idle then cut out twice before it finally died. I will take it for a quick spin without the PC and see if I notice a difference. I'll post back my results. Thanks
